I
want to share with my own experience of cooking lasagna. It was my
mother's birthday and I wanted to make a surprise for her and to cook
something new.
She always tells us, that when she was young, she made the tour of Italy.
And there she visited some wonderful restaurant where she had eaten the
most delicious food. It was lasagna. It seemed she missed that time and
I decided to remind her youngest with cooking lasagna on her birthday.
However I needed a ware.
I have never cooked that food before. I looked through all cookery books
which I could find at home and at my friends’ place. There was a
lot of recipe of lasagna, but I chose the best on my view. According to

Almost half a day I spent on it. I didn't even expect that it was so hard
and so long. And finally when the patient of all my family came to the
end, the dish was ready. The smell was fantastic and the dish itself was
better. I was tied very much, but nevertheless we had a great dinner. When
I tasted lasagna, I understood that it was worth all my effort. Everybody
praised my food. My mother was delighted; she said it was the best lasagna
in her life. It was the best appraisal for my efforts. It was so nice to
hear compliments for my food, so may be that is why I decide to become
a chef, not, for example a shop assistant in Kohls
